Each piece of sea glass jewellery is carefully made to last, though it does need a little looking after. When putting the jewellery on or taking it off, it’s best to do so over a soft surface rather than a hard floor to protect the glass as they can break.
Over time, you might notice the the sea glass darkening slightly where it touches the metal. This can be easily brightened up again with mild soap, warm water and a very soft toothbrush.
The gold we use is 14k gold-filled, which is strong and durable, but like all metals it can be affected by salt, moisture or chemicals.
If it ever looks dull, a gentle clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth/soft toothbrush will restore the shine.
Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty, so if you ever experience a problem with your jewellery within that time, I’ll be happy to repair or replace it.
Shipping and delivery
For some of our jewellery, we carry limited stock and can only dispatch certain items for next day delivery
For items marked “Available on backorder”, please allow an additional 2–5 working days
from the date of your order for your jewellery to be prepared and dispatched.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Breena ,we want you to be delighted with your order. Each piece is lovingly made.
However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please make sure all returned products are in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale item
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift Item
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later,
we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Cost of return (In the Uk)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items,
you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
